R. De la Peña & Associates celebrated 2007 by acquiring larger office space, switching over to digital workfiles for a more paperless” office and welcoming aboard Robert Mancini, another Certified General. Through Mr. de la Peña’s participation in the Union Iberoamericana de Municipalistas (UIM) based in Spain, the company is seeking to broaden its international involvement.

In keeping with the dynamic aspects of the Real Estate industry, 2007 has seen Mr. de la Peña attain a designation as a court approved mediator and expert witness qualification (Superior Court) allowing us to broaden our customer base as well as the real-estate solutions available to them.
